Service Numbers

How to locate your product serial number or job number

In order to expediate your service request we ask that you provide us with as much information as possible

Standard Products

For standard products (clamps, grippers, etc) look for the sticker like those pictured at left. Find the number in the upper right corner (the one that the red arrow is pointing at), this is the serial number.

PG Grippers

For the PG line of grippers a small sticker like the one at left is located on the body of the unit. The serial number is located in the upper right corner.

Special Machines

For special machines find the metal tag like the one pictured at right. When calling BTM please have the job number or the model number ready.
